These terms govern your use of squareandtruekitchens.com. By using the site you accept them.

They are not our terms of business for a commission. Those are issued with your quotation, are agreed before any payment is taken, and take precedence over anything published on this site.

Prices shown on this site

Prices given on this site are indicative and are quoted in United States dollars for supply to an address in the United States.

“From $152,000” describes the lowest figure at which we have recently accepted an American commission. It is not a quotation and it is not an offer. A quotation is a fixed price for the scope described on it, and once issued it is held for ninety days unless it says otherwise on its face.

Prices on this site do not include appliances; plumbing, electrical or gas work; building work, flooring or decoration; or countertop stone, which is quoted separately once the cabinets are standing and can be templated.

Photographs, visualizations and drawings

Most of our clients ask that their houses are not photographed or published. The imagery on this site is therefore a visualization rather than a photograph of a client’s house. It is built from our own workshop drawings and our own photographs of the work on site, and finished with AI. None of it is stock imagery and none of it is another maker’s work.

All images, drawings, elevations, specifications and text on this site are our copyright or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used to procure similar work from another maker without our written permission.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but specifications, timbers, finishes, hardware and appliance ranges change, and a description here does not guarantee availability at the time you order.

What you buy is what is written on your quotation and on your approved drawings. Where this site and your quotation differ, your quotation governs.

Where we link to another website we do so for information. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Your privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this site, and our cookie notice explains what this site stores on your device.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we exclude all liability arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, and from reliance on any content on it. This site is provided as it is and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the United States, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of any mandatory law of the state in which you live, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that state.
